Summary

Posts the provided ticket and destination agent IDs to Digitalsac DigiCrm to transfer the ticket to that agent.

Inputs

• Data (JSON) (required) — JSON payload with ticketId and the destination agent’s userId; defaults to {"ticketId": 123, "userId": 1}. The node sends this payload as the POST body to /typebot/transferir_para_atendente.

Output shape

A single n8n item containing the API response as JSON, or one item per entry if the response is an array.

Requires Digitalsac API credentials. Invalid JSON fails the operation; with Continue On Fail enabled, the output item contains an error message.
