Summary

Transfers a ticket to the next assignee using the connection identified by the supplied UUID. Sends the configured JSON payload to Digitalsac’s transfer-next-assignee endpoint.

Inputs

• Parameter (required) — Connection UUID used in the endpoint path; the operation errors if this is blank.
• Data (JSON) — Request payload. The UI default includes queueId, ticketId, method, and allowOffline; the field description identifies queueId, ticketId, and method as payload fields and allowOffline as optional.

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the API response.

The operation makes a POST request. An array response becomes one output item per array entry; a non-array response becomes one item. With Continue On Fail enabled, an item-level error object is returned.
