Summary

Transfers a ticket to the next assignee by sending a POST request to the Digitalsac external API. Provide the connection UUID in Parameter and a JSON payload with the queue and ticket details.

Inputs

• Parameter (required) — Connection UUID used in the API path; the operation errors if this is empty.
• Data (JSON) — Request payload. The default is {"queueId":3,"ticketId":1201,"method":"S","allowOffline":false}; the UI describes queueId, ticketId, method, and optional allowOffline.

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the API response.

Posts the JSON payload to the transfer-next-assignee endpoint. If the API returns an array, each array entry becomes an output item; otherwise its response is returned as one item. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are returned as items containing an error message.
