Digitalsac DigiCrmInstall

Summary

Transfers a ticket to the next assignee using the connection identified by its UUID. Sends the supplied JSON payload to the Digitalsac DigiCrm API with a POST request.

Inputs

• Parameter (required) — Connection UUID; the operation errors if this is blank.
• Data (JSON) (required) — Transfer payload. The default includes queueId, ticketId, method, and allowOffline; the UI description identifies queueId, ticketId, and method, with allowOffline optional.

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the API response.

Array responses are emitted as separate items; a single response is emitted as one item. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are returned as items with an error field.
