Summary

Transfers a ticket to a specified agent by sending the supplied JSON payload to the Digitalsac DigiCrm API. Provide the ticket ID and destination agent ID in the payload.

Inputs

• Data (JSON) (required) — JSON request body; the documented fields are ticketId and userId (destination agent ID). Defaults to {"ticketId":123,"userId":1}.

Output shape

A single n8n item for each input item, containing the API response as json.

The operation sends a POST request to /typebot/transferir_para_atendente. If the API response is an array, each array entry becomes a separate output item. With Continue On Fail enabled, an error is returned in an item’s json.error field.
