Summary

Posts the supplied JSON payload to Digitalsac’s agent-transfer endpoint to transfer a ticket to an agent.

Inputs

• Data (JSON) — JSON payload for the request; provide ticketId and the destination agent’s userId (defaults to {"ticketId":123,"userId":1}).

Output shape

A single item per input item, containing the API response as JSON; if the API response is an array, each array entry becomes an output item.

Requires Digitalsac API credentials. Invalid JSON raises an error; with Continue On Fail enabled, an error item is returned instead.
