Summary

Transfers a ticket to the next assignee by sending the configured JSON payload to Digitalsac’s transfer-next-assignee endpoint. Provide the connection UUID in Parameter and the queue and ticket details in Data (JSON).

Inputs

• Parameter (required) — Connection UUID used in the endpoint path. The operation fails if this is blank.
• Data (JSON) — Request body for the transfer. The UI default is {"queueId":3,"ticketId":1201,"method":"S","allowOffline":false}; the declared payload fields are queueId, ticketId, method, and optional allowOffline.

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the API response.

Each input item triggers a POST request. Array responses become separate output items; a non-array response becomes one item. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are returned in an item’s error field.

Set Parameter to the connection UUID and Data (JSON) to include queueId, ticketId, method, and optionally allowOffline.
