Summary

Send a WhatsApp message to a specified phone number within the Digitalsac DigiCrm Queue resource.

Inputs

• param (required) — Connection UUID identifying the WhatsApp connection to send the message through.
• phoneNumber (required) — Recipient's phone number with country and area code (e.g., 5511999999999).
• messageBody (required) — Text content of the message to send.
• externalKey — Optional unique identifier for the message.
• binary attachment — Optional binary file attachment to include with the message, provided via connected input node.

Output shape

a single JSON object containing the API response data for the sent message.

If a binary attachment is provided, the message is sent as a multipart form-data request including the media; otherwise, it is sent as a JSON POST request. The connection UUID parameter ('param') is mandatory to specify the target WhatsApp connection. Errors related to missing parameters or invalid input will be thrown unless 'Continue On Fail' is enabled, in which case error details are returned in the output.

Examples

Example 1: Send a plain text message

Set 'param' to the connection UUID, specify 'phoneNumber' and 'messageBody'. Leave 'externalKey' empty or set a custom ID. No binary attachment connected.
