Summary

Queries Digitalsac for the next assignee in a queue by sending a POST request. Provide the connection UUID in Parameter and a JSON payload with the queue details; the operation returns the API response without transferring a ticket.

Inputs

• Parameter (required) — Connection UUID used in the endpoint. The operation errors if this is empty.
• Data (JSON) — Request payload, typically including queueId and method, with optional ticketId and allowOffline. Defaults to {"queueId":3,"ticketId":1201,"method":"S","allowOffline":false}; an empty value is sent as an empty object.

Output shape

One n8n item per API response object; if the API returns an array, each array entry becomes an item.

Uses the configured Digitalsac API credentials. Errors stop execution unless Continue On Fail is enabled, in which case an item containing an error message is returned.
