Summary

POSTs the supplied ticket and agent IDs to Digitalsac DigiCrm to transfer the ticket to that agent.

Inputs

• Data (JSON) — JSON request body, typically containing ticketId and userId for the destination agent. Defaults to {"ticketId": 123, "userId": 1}; an empty value falls back to an empty object.

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the API response as JSON.

A response array is emitted as one item per entry; a single response is emitted as one item. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are returned in an item with an error field.
