Summary

Send a media file with an optional caption to a specified WhatsApp phone number through the Digitalsac DigiCrm API.

Example 1: Send an image file with caption to a WhatsApp number using a defined connection UUID.

Set 'param' with the connection UUID, provide 'mediaCaptionPhoneNumber' of the recipient, write the 'mediaCaption', and connect a binary file input containing the media to be sent.
