Summary

Links a tag to a ticket by sending the supplied JSON payload to Digitalsac’s tag-linking endpoint. Provide the ticket and tag IDs in the payload for each input item.

Inputs

• Data (JSON) (required) — JSON payload sent in the POST request; the default is {"ticketId":123,"tagId":456}. It is parsed from JSON text, with an empty value treated as an empty object.

Output shape

One n8n item per API response; if the API returns an array, each array entry becomes an item.

The API response is returned as JSON. Invalid JSON or request errors fail the operation unless Continue On Fail is enabled, in which case an error item is returned.

Examples

Example 1: Link tag 456 to ticket 123

Set Data (JSON) to {"ticketId":123,"tagId":456}. The node POSTs this payload to /typebot/vincular_tag.
