Summary

Send a WhatsApp carousel message to a specified phone number using the Digitalsac DigiCrm API.

Inputs

• param (required) — Phone number, CPF, or connection UUID depending on the operation; for this operation it is used as the connection UUID and is required.
• externalKey — Optional unique identifier for the message to track or reference it.
• carouselTitle (required) — Title text displayed on the carousel.
• carouselText (required) — Main descriptive text shown on the carousel.
• carouselFooter (required) — Footer text displayed on the carousel.
• carouselPhoneNumber (required) — Recipient's phone number with country and area code format (e.g., 5511999999999).
• carouselCardsData (required) — JSON array of carousel cards defining each card's body text, footer text, image URL, and buttons (each button includes its type, text, and associated URL or reply ID).

Output shape

A single JSON object representing the API's response to the send-carousel request.

Requires that 'param' is provided as the connection UUID; the carouselCardsData must be valid JSON format; errors during sending will throw node errors unless 'Continue On Fail' is enabled, in which case errors are returned in output items.

Examples

Example 1: Send a carousel message with two cards, one with a URL button and another with a reply button, to a WhatsApp recipient identified by their phone number.

Set 'param' to the connection UUID, 'carouselPhoneNumber' to the recipient phone, provide a descriptive title, text, footer, and pass the carouselCardsData JSON array with card details and buttons.
