Summary

Transfers a ticket to the next assignee for the specified connection by sending the supplied JSON payload to Digitalsac’s transfer-next-assignee endpoint.

Inputs

• Parameter (required) — Connection UUID. The operation errors if this is empty.
• Data (JSON) — Transfer payload, with queueId, ticketId, method, and optional allowOffline. Defaults to {"queueId":3,"ticketId":1201,"method":"S","allowOffline":false}; an empty value is sent as an empty object.

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the API response.

Makes an authenticated POST request. An array response becomes one output item per array entry; a non-array response becomes one item. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are returned as items containing an error message.
