Summary

Posts a request to Digitalsac DigiCrm to find the next assignee for a queue. Supply the connection UUID in Parameter and a JSON payload with the queue and assignment options; the operation returns the API response as workflow item data.

Inputs

• Parameter (required) — Connection UUID used in the request path. The operation errors if this value is empty.
• Data (JSON) — Request payload. The declared fields are queueId and method, with optional ticketId and allowOffline; the default is {"queueId":3,"ticketId":1201,"method":"S","allowOffline":false}. An empty value is sent as an empty object.

Output shape

One or more items containing the API response.

Each input item makes a POST request to /v1/api/external/{connection UUID}/next-assignee. An array response becomes one output item per array entry; a non-array response becomes one item, with null or undefined normalized to an empty object. With Continue On Fail enabled, request or validation errors are returned in an item with an error field.
