Summary

Send a stored WhatsApp Business template to a recipient by POSTing to the DigiCrm WABA template endpoint. You can supply body and text-header variables, media, and dynamic URL button values as optional JSON parameters.

Inputs

• WhatsApp ID (required) — ID of the WhatsApp WABA connection.
• Template ID (required) — ID of the template imported into the system.
• Phone Number (required) — Recipient number with country and area code.
• Body Parameters (JSON) — Template body variables keyed by number or name, such as {"1":"John"}; omit when the template needs none.
• Header Media URL — Public HTTP(S) media URL for an IMAGE, VIDEO, or DOCUMENT template header. When omitted, the media stored in the template is used.
• Header Parameters (JSON) — Text header variables keyed by number or name.
• Button Parameters (JSON) — Array of dynamic URL button overrides. Each entry specifies a button index, type, and variable value.

Output shape

One output item per API response, paired with its input item.

A JSON array response is split into multiple output items; a non-array response becomes one item, with null mapped to an empty object. Invalid JSON parameter values cause an operation error; with Continue On Fail enabled, the error is returned in an item.
