Summary

Queries Digitalsac DigiCrm for the next assignee in a queue by sending a POST request with the supplied payload. Requires a connection UUID and uses the configured Digitalsac API credentials.

Inputs

• Parameter (required) — Connection UUID used in the request URL. The operation fails if this field is empty.
• Data (JSON) — JSON request body with queueId and method; ticketId and allowOffline are optional. Defaults to {"queueId":3,"ticketId":1201,"method":"S","allowOffline":false}. An empty value sends an empty object.

Output shape

One n8n item per response entry; a single response object is returned as one item, while an array response is split into one item per element.

Each output item contains the API response under json and is paired with its input item. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are returned as items containing an error message.
