Summary

Links a tag to a ticket by POSTing the supplied JSON payload to Digitalsac DigiCrm’s tag-link endpoint.

Inputs

• Data (JSON) (required) — JSON payload containing the ticketId and tagId to link; the default example is {"ticketId":123,"tagId":456}.

Output shape

A single n8n item per input item, containing the API response as JSON; if the response is an array, each entry becomes an output item.

Requires Digitalsac API credentials. Invalid JSON or API errors fail the item unless Continue On Fail is enabled, in which case an item with an error field is returned.

Examples

Example 1: Link tag 456 to ticket 123

Set Data (JSON) to {"ticketId":123,"tagId":456}. The node sends it as the POST body.
