Summary

Transfers a ticket to a destination queue by sending the supplied JSON payload to Digitalsac DigiCrm’s queue-transfer endpoint.

Inputs

• Data (JSON) (required) — JSON payload containing the ticket ID and destination queue ID, for example {"ticketId":123,"queueId":1}. The node sends this as the body of a POST request.

Output shape

A single item per input item, containing the API response as JSON.

If the API response is an array, each entry becomes a separate output item. With Continue On Fail enabled, a failed request produces an item with an error field.
