Summary

Send a WhatsApp message to a specified phone number using the Digitalsac DigiCrm API.

Inputs

• param (required) — The connection UUID identifying the WhatsApp connection to use for sending the message.
• messageBody (required) — Text content of the message to send.
• phoneNumber (required) — Recipient's phone number including country and area codes (e.g., 5511999999999).
• externalKey — Optional unique identifier for the message for tracking or deduplication purposes.

Output shape

a single object per input item containing the response JSON from the API

Returns the API response as JSON. If a binary attachment is connected, the message is sent with media included; otherwise, it is a text message. Errors are handled per item and can be configured to continue on fail.

Examples

Example 1: Send a basic text message to a WhatsApp number

Provide the WhatsApp connection UUID in 'param', the recipient's phone number in 'phoneNumber', and the message text in 'messageBody'. Optionally include 'externalKey' for unique message identification.
