Summary

Transfers a ticket to a specified agent by sending the supplied JSON payload to Digitalsac DigiCrm. Provide the ticket ID and destination agent ID in the Data (JSON) field.

Inputs

• Data (JSON) (required) — JSON request body; provide ticketId and the destination agent’s userId (for example, {"ticketId":123,"userId":1}).

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the API response.

Each array entry in the API response becomes a separate output item; a non-array response becomes one item. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are returned as items containing an error message.

Set Data (JSON) to {"ticketId":123,"userId":1}.
