Summary

Send an interactive WhatsApp list message to a specified phone number through the Digitalsac DigiCrm API.

Inputs

• param (required) — Connection UUID identifying the WhatsApp connection to send the list message through.
• externalKey — Optional unique identifier for the message to track or deduplicate.
• listTitle (required) — Title displayed at the top of the list message.
• listText (required) — Main text prompting the user to pick a category or option.
• listButtonText (required) — Text shown on the button that opens the list of options.
• listFooter (required) — Footer text displayed at the bottom of the list message.
• listPhoneNumber (required) — Recipient's phone number including country and area code (e.g., 5511999999999).
• sectionsData (required) — JSON array defining sections and lines in the list, where sections have titles and lines contain individual selectable items with title, description, and rowId.

Output shape

a single JSON object per input item representing the API response

Each execution processes input items individually and returns the API's JSON response for sending the WhatsApp list message. Errors include descriptive messages if required parameters are missing or JSON parsing fails.

Examples

Example 1: Send a list menu to a WhatsApp user via a specified connection UUID.

Provide the 'param' with the connection UUID, the recipient's phone number in 'listPhoneNumber', descriptive title, text, and footer, a button text to open the list, and JSON in 'sectionsData' defining the list options.
