Summary

Send a WhatsApp Business API (WABA) template message to a specified phone number using a configured WhatsApp WABA connection.

Inputs

• wabaWhatsappId (required) — ID of the WhatsApp WABA connection to use for sending the template.
• wabaTemplateId (required) — ID of the WABA template stored in the system to send.
• wabaPhoneNumber (required) — Recipient's phone number including country and area code (e.g., 5511999999999).
• wabaTemplateParams — Optional JSON object of template body variables indexed by number or name to replace placeholders in the template body (e.g., {"1":"John","2":"12345"}).
• wabaMediaUrl — Optional public http(s) URL of media (image, video, or document) for templates with a media header. If empty, the media stored in the template is used.
• wabaHeaderParams — Optional JSON object of header text variables indexed by number or name (e.g., {"1":"April Promotion"}).
• wabaButtonParams — Optional JSON array to override dynamic URL buttons, each object specifying button index, type, and value (e.g., [{"index":0,"type":"URL","value":"order-123"}]).

Output shape

a single JSON object representing the API response of the send template operation

The operation sends a POST request to the /typebot/enviar_template_waba endpoint including the specified parameters. Any template body, header, and button parameters must be valid JSON. If an error occurs, and "Continue On Fail" is enabled, the output will include an error JSON object for the failed item.

Set WhatsApp ID, Template ID, recipient phone number, and optionally specify JSON for body parameters and button overrides to personalize the template message sent via WhatsApp Business API.
