Digitalsac DigiCrmInstall

Summary

Transfers a ticket to a destination queue by POSTing the supplied JSON data to the Digitalsac DigiCrm API.

Inputs

• Data (JSON) — JSON payload containing the ticket ID and destination queue ID; the default is {"ticketId":123,"queueId":1}. The node parses this value and sends it as the request body. Blank input defaults to an empty object; invalid JSON raises an error.

Output shape

One output item per API response, paired with its input item.

Returns the API response as JSON; if the response is an array, each array entry becomes a separate output item. With Continue On Fail enabled, an item error is returned as {"error":"..."}.
