Summary

Transfers a ticket to the next assignee using the supplied queue and ticket details. For each input item, sends a POST request to the Digitalsac external API using the connection UUID in Parameter.

Inputs

• Parameter (required) — Connection UUID used in the API path; the operation errors if this field is empty.
• Data (JSON) (required) — Transfer payload. The UI default is {"queueId":3,"ticketId":1201,"method":"S","allowOffline":false}; the description identifies queueId, ticketId, method, and optional allowOffline. The JSON is sent as the POST body.

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the API response JSON.

Array responses are split into one output item per entry; a non-array response becomes one item. With Continue On Fail enabled, an item error is returned as {"error":"..."}.
