Summary

Send a base64 encoded file to a specific phone number via the Digitalsac DigiCrm API.

Inputs

• param (required) — Connection UUID identifying the external connection to send the file through.
• externalKey — Optional unique identifier for the message to help track or reference it.
• base64Caption — Optional caption text attached to the file being sent.
• base64PhoneNumber (required) — Recipient phone number with country and area code (e.g., 5511999999999).
• mediaBase64 (required) — Base64-encoded contents of the file to send.
• mimeType (required) — MIME type of the file, such as image/png or application/pdf.
• fileName (required) — File name including extension (e.g., file.png).

Output shape

a JSON object representing the API response for the sent base64 media message

The node sends a POST request to the endpoint /v1/api/external/{param}/send-base64-media with the specified parameters. It returns the full JSON response from the API. Required parameters (base64File content, mimeType, fileName, phone number, and connection UUID as param) must be provided, or the node will throw errors.

Examples

Example 1: Send a PNG image encoded in base64 with a caption to a WhatsApp user

Set 'param' to the connection UUID, 'base64PhoneNumber' to the recipient's number, 'mediaBase64' to the base64 string of the image, 'mimeType' to 'image/png', 'fileName' to the name with .png extension, and optionally set 'base64Caption'.
