Summary

Transfers a ticket to a specified agent by sending the supplied JSON payload to the Digitalsac API. Provide the ticket ID and destination agent ID in Data (JSON).

Inputs

• Data (JSON) — JSON request body; the example is {"ticketId":123,"userId":1}, where ticketId identifies the ticket and userId identifies the destination agent. If blank, the node sends an empty object.

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the API response.

Sends a POST request to the ticket-transfer endpoint for each input item. An array response is split into separate output items; a non-array response is returned as one item. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are returned in an item’s error field.
